Vince is a highly accomplished, results-driven CFO and Senior Financial Executive with 25+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting management within start-ups, M&As, publicly and privately held corporations. He has demonstrated the ability to streamline business operations that drive growth and increase efficiency and bottom-line profit. Strong qualifications in developing and implementing financial controls and processes, managing ERP projects and overseeing change management.
Vince was the successful CFO who lead the team at True Value Solar Pty Ltd (part of the global M+W Group) and who helped list the business on the open market. Post True Value Solar Pty Ltd, he was appointed the inaugural CFO to Electricity Wizard Pty Ltd where he successfully built sophisticated data modeling and digital marketing systems and prepared the company for a public IPO/sale.
Vince was the Interim CFO for a private SME Renewable Energy and Direct Marketing company Results Based Pty Ltd, where he helped the business grow to over +2,000% in 1.5 years. This was achieved by reviewing their tax and accounting structures, plus building intelligent data modeling and strategies to grow the business into new revenue channels at very profitable margins.
Most recently Vince has been appointed CFO to a new and exciting start-up business called Warrp Pty Ltd. Warrp is an agile technology development company that builds pioneering software for consumer marketplaces in the blockchain, virtual gaming, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and crypto space. Formally an innovative online marketplace for pre-owned consumer goods, the company strives to be one of the largest global Metaverse and NFT-focused companies by delivering world-class technological solutions. The company and team are behind NFT projects such as ToastPunk and ToastPunk Genesis.
As a Senior Leader and Executive, Vince has extensive business acumen experience across a range of industries. He has been involved in over 7.7 billion AUD of trade sales and mergers and continues to have a successful track record of delivering better than expected results. Able to articulate the vision and influence others by example, is confident and has good working relationships and connections with networks across the world.
